Venison Medallions 16 oz (4 x 4oz steaks per package)

The taste of these tender cutlets is rich and earthy with a fine density to it. Because of it's low fat content, venison can dry out, so cook it to rare or medium rare for best results.

Each package contains four,  4oz cutlets.
