Bison Bone Sipping Broth 'Ginger Lemongrass ' - 32oz
This collagen and protein rich broth is made in small batches and cooked at least 24 hours using long bones from free ranging bison that roam on 55,000 acres in Wyoming. The flavors are inspired by Japanese cuisine and it can be used as a base for soups, but it is best, simply warmed and sipped. One of my favorite preparations with this broth is an egg drop soup with fresh chive and shiitake.
Filtered water, bison bone broth, free range bison bones, organic ginger, organic garlic, ocean harvested kelp, fresh organic lemongrass, organic gluten free soy sauce, organic Japanese mirin (cooking wine)
