Fresh Caught Monterey Bay Ling Cod 16 Oz

Similar to our beloved halibut, ling cod is a mild, flakey white fish that can be cooked many ways, but perhaps the greatest (ever) is battered and deep fried. 

The ling cod population is doing very well here locally and is sustainably managed.
