Fresh Caught Monterey Bay Halibut 16 Oz

Most of us in the Santa Cruz area know and love this mild, flakey and delicious meat. Seared with butter and lemon and served with fresh, summer veggies, it is a wonderful way to enjoy healthy, local food. 

The halibut fish population is doing very well here locally and is sustainably managed.
