Since Wildstag Provisions only sources salmon from Monterey Bay, there is a finite quantity available. The season begins around April 1st of every year.
Local, wild, sustainable king salmon caught right here in the Monterey Bay. Unlike hot smoked salmon, this cold smoked salmon is tender, juicy and possibly the greatest snack available. It is glazed with Grade A Organic Maple Syrup. The process to make these takes nearly three days which you can taste in the quality and flavor!
