Bison Bone Sipping Broth 'French Mirepoix' - 32oz
This collagen and protein rich broth is made in small batches and cooked at least 24 hours using long bones from free ranging bison that roam on 55,000 acres in Wyoming. It can be used as a base for soups, stews, grains or legumes, but our favorite is simply warmed with a squeeze of lemon and a dash of fresh cilantro.
